How long is the delivery time usually?

In your country: We will send it within 7 to 15 working days. We will start after we agree to your order and make the payment.
- To another country: It takes 10 to 20 working days. Due to the different working speeds of border checks and shipping companies, the time varies from place to place.
2.Custom boxes (with your logo, special colors or unique sizes)
Boxes specially made for you will take more time to produce, such as printing your logo or making new sizes.
Production time: 15 to 25 working days. This includes designing, testing a small sample, and making all the boxes.
- Delivery time: The same as that of regular containers (3-7 working days in your country and 10-20 working days in other countries).
- Total time: Approximately 20 to 45 working days. This is the time from when you confirm the order to when you receive the box.

How to ensure the strength of packaging and transportation safety when exporting?
Of course! When we pick "tough materials" for export shipping boxes (to protect your compostable cake boxes inside), here are common, easy-to-understand examples. They’re widely used. They balance strength, durability and cost for long-distance transport.
1. Corrugated Cardboard (the most common tough choice) This is the "stiff, layered cardboard" you often see in shipping boxes. It’s not regular thin cardboard. It has 2 or 3 layers. - One layer is a flat outer layer (we call it the "liner"). - Another layer is a wavy middle layer (we call it the "flute"). It looks like tiny folded paper. The wavy "flute" works like a buffer. When the box is pressed or hit, it takes in force. So the box doesn’t break.
Why it’s good for export: It’s strong enough. It can hold stacked boxes. For example, 5-10 shipping boxes can be piled on a pallet. It also resists bending. And it’s light. So it doesn’t add extra cost to shipping fees.
2. Double-Wall or Triple-Wall Corrugated Cardboard (even stronger than regular corrugated) Sometimes your shipment needs extra protection. For example, if the cake boxes are heavy. Or if the trip has more handling. Then we use "multi-wall" corrugated cardboard.
Example use: If you’re shipping a large order. For example, 1000 cake boxes in one shipping box. Double-wall corrugated keeps the box from splitting at the seams.
3. Kraft Paperboard (thick, unbleached tough paper) This is a dense, heavy-duty paper. It’s thicker than regular wrapping paper. It’s usually a natural brown color. It’s not layered like corrugated cardboard. But it’s very hard to tear. Sometimes we use it to make small inner boxes. These inner boxes hold individual cake boxes. Or we use it as extra wrapping around the corrugated shipping box.
Why it’s good: It adds a second layer of protection. It protects against scratches. It also protects against minor moisture. For example, if the shipping container has a little condensation.
Example use: A 30cm tall cake box can fit inside a paper tube. We put padding at the top and bottom. This stops the cake box from getting squashed during transport.
