We confirm all personalized details with you, including cake board size, thickness, shape, foil color,surface pattern, embossing effect, custom logo position and printing style. We also confirm order quantity and special functional needs to lock the exact customization plan.

According to your confirmed design, we make pre-production custom samples. We check the foil lamination effect, printing clarity, edge finish and overall quality. After you confirm and approve the sample, we officially arrange mass production.

We carry out standardized factory production, including precise board cutting, food-grade foil laminating, surface embossing, logo offset printing, edge wrapping and shaping. All materials follow food-safe standards to ensure waterproof, oil-proof and sturdy performance.

Our QC team conducts full quality inspection. We check board flatness, thickness uniformity, foil adhesion, printing accuracy, edge neatness and load-bearing performance. Defective products are eliminated to guarantee stable quality.

Qualified foil cake boards are cleaned and packed with shrink wrap and export cartons to prevent dust, bending and damage during transportation. Finally, we arrange delivery within the agreed lead time.
