1.Material :

Cake boards can be made from various durable and sturdy materials. Our commonly used options include corrugated cardboard, double gray paperboard, MDF, melamine board, XPS board and plastic board. We fully customize materials according to customer requirements. For buyers who pay attention to the price and the eco-friendly, we recommend corrugated cardboard and double grey paperboard. As paper-based products, they are affordable, recyclable and environmentally friendly.

For customers need higher durability and premium quality, MDF and melamine boards are ideal choices. They are very strong and can be reused,when you use a board, you just use a wipe to clean it, then it can be use again, this is amazing and good quality. However, these premium options come at a relatively higher price. The final selection depends entirely on customer needs.

2.Size

We provide full customization for any size. The standard shapes include round, square, rectangular and special shapes such as heart-shaped. Common sizes in round shape: 6 inch, 8 inch, 10 inch, 12 inch, 14 inch, 16 inch, 18 inch.

Standard sizes in square: 6×6 inch, 8×8 inch, 10×10 inch, 12×12 inch, 14×14 inch, 16×16 inch. Typical rectangular sizes: 14×10 inch, 19×14 inch, 25×18 inch, 14×12 inch, etc. If customers prefer metric measurements in centimeters instead of inches, we also accept fully customized centimeter-based dimensions with no limitations.

3.Thickness Cake boards are available in both thick and thin versions

Thicker boards range from 8 mm, 10 mm, 12 mm, 2 cm up to 3 cm, specially designed for large, heavy cakes such as multi-layer wedding cakes and party cakes. Thinner boards measure 1.5 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm and 6 mm, suitable for single-layer or lightweight cakes. Generally, thinner boards are more economical. We produce various thicknesses to meet different customer demands.

4.Color & Design

Standard colors include gold, silver, black and white. Custom colors such as rose gold, red, green and pink are also available. We support customized printing including marble patterns, floral designs and any other artwork. For brand promotion, we can add logos through printing, hot stamping, embossing and laser engraving — all of which are highly popular in the market. 5.MOQ

The standard MOQ for cake boards is 500 pcs each size each color. For fully customized orders, the MOQ is 1,000 pcs each size each color.
