How can I track my delivery?
When your order ships, we will email your shipment tracking information where you can track your delivery. We use a premium shipping service and, like our UK parcels, this is fully traceable at every stage of your journey.

Can my order be shipped internationally?

Yes it can. We ship to all regions of the world with varying delivery times. If you need an urgent order, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange it. Everything is sent from our factory warehouse in Huizhou, China, please note that delivery times vary by your address and are for reference only. But we do our best to ensure fast and smooth delivery.

Shipping method
Generally, we ship your bulk wholesale goods by sea, small batches or samples are usually sent by DHL Express, UPS or Fedex expedited service. Orders to the US and Canada can be delivered in as fast as 3-5 business days, while other international locations take an average of 5-7 business days.

How thick should a cake board be?

A cake board is a piece of cardboard (usually black and white gold and silver, but other colors can be used) covered with foil, about 3-4mm thick. They are dense and very strong. They are perfect for most cakes and can be reused a few times after a simple wash if you use them carefully when cutting the cake.

What are the thick cake boards called?

Cake Drums: Drums refer to thicker cake boards, 1/4 inch or 1/2 inch, as they must have a double wall corrugated construction, either corrugated or corrugated plus double gray cardboard. These can also be used between cake layers for extra support.
Cake Base: Similar to cake rings, cake bases are an economical option for placing lighter sponge cakes, etc.

How much bigger should a cake board be than the cake?
4″ – 8″
Frequently Asked Questions When Using Cake Boards
When you make the base of the cake, you should leave about 2″ – 4″ of clearance on each side of the cake, as this will allow you to transport and make some fondant or custom patterns around the perimeter of the cake easier. So, your cake board should be 4″ – 8″ larger than your cake.
